Creative Moon

 

Creating with the Moon and Zodiac energies.
Tune in, align yourself, and manifest in harmony with the natural rhythms and energies of the cosmos. A deep and colorful guided journey for WOMEN.

I have guided monthly Moon circles for women for several years in person as well as online, and felt called to start a new endeavor where we will connect with the cosmic energies with the help of art and ceremony. 

I will hold a New Moon, as well as a Full Moon session each month.

My circles offer a unique combination of deeply meditative and ceremonial experiences and creative and inspirational art processes. We will dive deep into the energies of each zodiac sign and moon phase, find our personal connection, look at what needs healing, what lessons show up for each one of us, and how we can be supported by the larger energies.

Also, there will be space and time to share, listen, witness, and support each other.

By making a donation, you can make sure that I can offer this circle to all the women who need this work. You will also receive the recording of the guided parts of the circle in case you cannot join our live meeting.

What will you take from these meetings?

This is a very intimate circle for women, and it will hold the energies of all the women present. Each circle and each zodiac sign has it's very own energetic pattern that we will explore and work with in creative ways.

Each circle includes a meditation or other practice (e.g. movement, breathwork) to tune into the current moon and zodiac energy, as well as a guided art process to creatively explore, and work with these energies.
Also, we will make space to share our hearts and individual experiences.
What you need to participate:
 
In our meetings, I will guide you through a meditative art process that uses elements of the Neurographica practice. It will not however be a pure Neurographica workshop.
There is NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE or skills of any kind required. You are welcome as you are, and with all you want to share in this circle. It is of utmost importance to me to create a safe and supportive container for your personal growth.

About your Guide:

Antje Howard is an artist, guide, and teacher whose goal is to support self-discovery in a creative way. She lives with her husband in rural Northern California and teaches the Neurographica method online. Antje is a certified Neurographica Instructor, she has an academic background in education and is a certified QiGong and Meditation teacher. Antje has been leading Women's Circles and other group experiences for nearly 10 years. She holds safe and intimate spaces where you can go deep, and feel held and seen in your individual process.

Antje's circles are meditative, shamanic, and ceremonial journeys that aim to empower women's creative power and self-expression.
