Rediscover, Reimagine, Reconnect: An Artistic Exploration of Your Inner Child
Our childhood experiences shape the way we see ourselves and the world.
While some memories bring warmth and joy, others may carry emotional wounds that continue to influence us in adulthood. This course offers a gentle yet profound way to reconnect with your inner child—acknowledging past pain while embracing the creativity, dreams, and wisdom within you.
Reconnecting with your creativity can play a key role in this self-discovery journey.
Art has the power to bypass the analytical mind and tap directly into the subconscious, allowing you to express, process, and transform emotions in a way words often cannot. Through guided drawings using the Neurographica method as well as Intuitive NeuroArt, you will engage in an artistic process that helps reframe past experiences, unlock hidden insights, and create a new, empowered relationship with your inner child.
Healing childhood wounds can be an intense and deeply personal process, requiring us to face emotions we may have long buried. However, the rewards are profound: greater emotional freedom, deeper self-love, and a renewed sense of inner peace.
Watch this introductory session and start your the Inner Child Journey.
Rediscover your Inner Child with the help of a guided Art process. The class begins with a guided meditation where we create space to connect with the Inner Child. We then move into a guided drawing process where we explore our connection with the help of an Intuitive NeuroArt Process.
Before you begin, I would like to remind you that this is not therapy and I am not a therapist, but this art work can of course have therapeutic effects.
It may also open parts of you that feel vulnerable, or bring up memories that are unpleasant. Please make sure to take your time with the process and listen to what you need - take breaks, stop the video, move etc.
If you feel that you need extra support, please make sure that you have someone to connect with.

What Art materials do you need?
For this course, you don't need to buy any special materials, the drawings can be done with very simple drawing tools.
You need:
-
a piece of paper - I am using simple copy paper - you can also work in a sketchbook if you prefer
-
pens for drawing - I use thin and thick fine liners, markers, or sharpies - literally any pen works, even a simple ballpoint pen or pencil will do the job
-
coloring materials - I use colored pencils (and recommend them) - you can also use other materials like crayons, markers, highlighters (it is best though to work with pen/pencil instead of brushes)
I recommend gathering all the materials you can find and experimenting to find the tools that work best for you.
Is this course suitable for beginners?
In general, yes, you are welcome to join even if you are completely new to Neurographica.
It is however helpful if you can familiarize yourself with the basic elements of this method - especially the Neurographic Line and Rounding process.
So if you are completely new to, please watch some of my introductory videos on YouTube.
