Hi, I am Antje and this is my story...

I am a dreamer, dancer, artist, teacher, lifelong student, and researcher.

What I do: My big goal is to support self-discovery in a creative way, to empower people to tap into their inner artist self, and to make the world a bit more colorful. Since 2020 I work with and teach the Neurographica® Method. I offer various workshops and programs that are based on this method, and I teach the original 9 Neurographica Algorithms as they were created by Pavel Piskarev, the founder of the method. I also combine this method with other practices like Meditation, Writing, Breathwork, Movement, or Shamanic practices and Ceremonies. In addition I offer 1-on-1 coaching/ creative guidance with the Neurographica Method for adults, as well as teens.

This is my personal healing story...

I was born, and grew up in Berlin, Germany, the big city, and I always longed for a close connection to nature. On my search I traveled to the remotest and wildest places I could find. I started dancing when I was 5, and I was always an artist, though it took me many years to express myself freely. I had this idea that someone else needed to make me an artist, that I needed the right diploma, and essentially that I wasn't good enough.

When I was 19 years old, I was hit by a car. With that accident, my life suddenly changed, and my personal healing journey began. I became interested in Eastern philosophies, medicine, and movement practices. I have been practicing Yoga and Meditation for over 20 years, was initiated as a Reiki Healer, and practice daily Qi Gong. I have always loved to learn new things and have spent many years studying academically and spiritually.

Then, in 2015, I came to California, met the love of my life, got married, and life completely changed for me. We spent the first years living very isolated in the forest, without electricity, running water, internet, or even phone service. It allowed me to get in touch with my inner wisdom. I rediscovered my creativity, and developed an even deeper relationship with nature. Now, we live in a small rural community in Northern California, where I guide Women's Circles, occasionally teach dance, movement & art, and enjoy gardening. I finally feel free to express myself in many different ways through visual arts, photography, sculpture, making jewellery, crafting, dancing, and singing.

In 2021 I got pregnant which was a great wish and dream. My husband and I were really happy, and excited and everything went well until after 31 weeks, my baby suddenly stopped moving and we found out that he had unexpectedly died. It was the most terrible, traumatic, sad experience of my life. After 3 days in the hospital I finally birthed my son and found out that his death was caused by a cord accident. Since then I am on a new healing path, diving deep into grief, and trying to find a new purpose and meaning in my life.

Naturally, all these experiences have a great impact on my work. I have found great comfort and healing in my art, and am slowly beginning to share my insights and experiences of living with grief and healing from trauma. I believe that there is space for creativity in all of life's experiences, and especially the "bad" moments carry an enormous potential. When we step forward and embark on our own healing journey, when we share from those most challenging and vulnerable places, then we automatically participate in and bring forth the healing of the collective humanity.

My goal is to create and strengthen Your connection to Your Self and to the world around You; to allow, enable, and support creative expression; and to help You open up and access Your inner guidance and inate wisdom.
