The Neurographica process that Antje led me through was so profound. In a short period of time, I explored, released, gained insight, and had an action to take. Antje's explanations, guidance, and demonstrations were so clear, and her prompts to find meaning in what was being created were spot on. For anyone who might be intimidated by 'art', this requires NO artistic experience or 'talent' whatsoever. It is so freeing to do, and if you are lucky it will take you back to your free childhood before you had ideas of 'good' or 'bad' art and just had FUN. I highly recommend Antje and this process; whether you have a big or small problem to explore, this process will help you!

The process helps you connect to your essence in the present moment. It allows you to notice and observe what comes up as you allow the energy to flow through you onto the page. It's a way to trust your intuition and observe what comes up as you are in flow. We spend so much of our time trying to push the river, but it flows by itself. This process helps you practice following the river - giving in to the current - and finding that you are whole and complete as you are. It allows any blocked energy to be released as you connect to what is, as it is. In the process you are much more connected to your beingness.

What I appreciated the most about this session was Antje’s loving guidance and her questions that helped me have new insights and understandings about where I am in my life right now. It was interesting how my energy shifted during the sessions (from feeling light and enthusiastic, to frustration, to sadness, to fatigue and back to increased energy) and how this drawing process helped me connect to my emotional patterns and deeper desires of where I want to guide my energy.
